Morin Family Bluebonnet Session | Frisco Family Photographer | Rebecca Rice Photography
I know I say it all the time, but I truly love each and every family that I have the privilege of photographing. Each has a unique story and chemistry, and it is so fun to get to know everyone new! Lately I've had the opportunity to do lots of family sessions (Spring tends to be a hot-spot around here), but it's always so special when I get to do a session for my dear friends. This was one of those sessions.
The Morin's are like family to me. I've known Johnathan and Stephanie since I was a freshman in high school, long before they had kids...and actually hated them for a year (but that's a different silly story). After I got over my silliness, I quickly became close to them and sort of declared myself a part of their family. As Brayden and Dillon came along, our ties only grew stronger. Those boys stole my heart from the moment that I met them and I became their adopted aunt.
Now that I have a little one of my own, seeing the bond that she has with Brayden and Dillon absolutely melts my heart! Brayden can make Maddie laugh with silly faces or bouncing a ball on the top of hear head. Very soon Maddie will be running around with them!
I loved this session because I had the opportunity to freeze time for a moment. These boys are growing so fast, so I love that we were able to pause and capture some fun memories. Brayden definitely has a great personality, and these photos show it! Dillon loves his big brother and typically does whatever he does. I love that I was able to capture the love they have for each other, for their mommy and "JJ," as well as some sad faces in between. (I told Dillon not to smile...in a joking way to get him to smile...and he thought I was upset with him. Face palm.)
Steph, thanks for letting me capture these moments for you! I always love my time with you guys and this day was so special to me. Hope you love these photos as much as I do! Enjoy!
I also had to snag a shot with my boys. And of course when Brayden says he wants to do a jumping picture, you'd better believe we're doing a jumping picture!
